Rental Agreement
By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to all rental terms and policies listed below.
Clients may pick up totes in South Jordan, Utah, unless a delivery package is also purchased. The pickup address will be provided by text or email after the order is placed.
Totes must be picked up during business hours, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Orders not picked up on the scheduled order date are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
Pickup and return timing may be flexible if communicated and approved at least 24 hours prior to the rental start date.
All totes and lids must be returned on the agreed return date listed in the order. Totes must be returned in clean and usable condition. Excessively dirty totes may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
Damage includes, but is not limited to:
- Cracks
- Broken handles
- Melted or warped plastic
- Heavy staining
- Any condition that prevents normal future rental use
Missing or damaged totes will incur a replacement fee of $25 per tote and $15 per lid.
Late returns may incur additional rental charges.
By placing an order, the client authorizes Tote Rental Co to charge the payment method on file for applicable replacement, cleaning, damage, or late fees.
If a delivery package is purchased, delivery and pickup time windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or scheduling conditions. Clients are responsible for ensuring totes are accessible during scheduled pickup and return times.
Tote Rental Co is not responsible for damage to items packed, stored, or transported using rental totes.
